ABOUT MR. CARROLL
Richard Carroll is the Resident Project Manager for the El Paso region with over 34 years of applying and evaluating roofing and waterproofing systems. Mr. Carroll is knowledgeable in commercial low slope roofing, steep slope roofing and waterproofing systems. Mr. Carroll provides quality assurance during roof construction, daily reporting with photo documentation and assists with roof construction and condition assessments.
